GTD40 Mk1 - The 'Yellow Peril'

This is a your chance to own what can only be described as a Stunning Example of a Ford GT40 Mk1 Replica - built to 1968 specification, complete with Le Mans extra width rear arches and single nose air-scoop.

It was built in 1990 and had extensive early development in conjunction with GT Developments, for whom owner/driver Robin Batt was an experienced member of the works driving / track development team.  Later, it was further developed at the hands of Frank Catt of Wealden Engineering.  During and since that time, it has been successfully campaigned in hill climbs and sprints over a 15 year period, with many class wins recorded.  It has also been circuit raced for 4 years both in the UK and Europe.  Featuring all body panels patterned to original specification, it is road registered and comes complete with fully documented history, MSA Logbook and maintenance record.
